Although I'm definitely feeling more capable, fitness wise, since I started P90x, biking, and climbing (with a little bit of running on top), I think I need to add a little extra ooomph to my running. I can do the 2.5-mile route I picked out with no trouble, for the most part, at about 6.5 to 7 mph -- usually in about 22 to 23 minutes. To burn
